One-on-One Coaching

Blaine coaching Craig

People call us when they're in pain. They hire us when they're in acute pain.

Sometimes, a client comes to us with questions that are too specific for group coaching or that don’t fit into one of our group coaching options. In these cases, we offer one-on-one coaching that enables the client to tailor our input to your needs.

In our initial call with you, we’ll ask you to describe your situation and help you define the issues that are causing you pain. We’ll then guide you to the solutions that make the most sense for you.

Our one-on-one coaching usually starts with a “six-hour bundle.” You pay, up front, for an allotment of six hours that can be employed in the plan we build with you.

It all starts with a call.

You don’t buy more time than you need, and you can buy more when you need more.

You always get value. You are not stuck with an ineffective long term contract.

By designating the scope of your six-hour bundle, you are in control and ensure you get guidance where you need it most.

How does one-on-one coaching work?

You may want all your hours to be used in live video calls, but you can also direct us to review documents, craft materials, interview candidates or use time in other ways that would be valuable to you. We simply log the time we spend and keep you apprised of your remaining time.

You don’t have to designate the use of all the time at the outset, but you must use all the hours in the bundle within six months.

If you need more time after using up the first bundle, you just buy another bundle.

Occasionally, we ask you to pair the purchase of a bundle with membership in our content library.

Membership in the library has a low monthly cost (no contract, quit at any time) and gives you full access to several dozen courses.

Most of the courses last less than an hour and are broken into short chapters (six-10 minutes each). All the courses offer written transcription and other valuable attachments, templates, and resources.

Here’s why this pairing of coaching and library content works so efficiently:

Let’s say you want to talk about crafting a business plan. We suggest that you watch four specific courses in the library prior to our first coaching call. This means that you’ve absorbed four hours of our logic about business plans at one very low cost before you’ve even used your first hour of the bundle.

Our books work in a similar way. Perhaps the best way to anticipate the theme of our coaching is to read our two best-selling books
