How does specialized consulting work?

As we prepare to undertake specialized consulting with you, we’ll take the time to walk you through an assessment of your business plan. We often recommend that you undertake some of our courses before we start, ensuring that you “try before you buy.”

When you absorb the scope document we’ve crafted especially for you, your reaction should be, “Wow, the effort and cost associated with this prescribed course of action would only be worth it to me if, together, we moved the needle on the results I need. I can see that this is exactly what will happen!”

Most of our specialized consulting assignments occur over 90 days or less. Because they are focused on a very specific outcome, the assignments have a specific start and end date.

If you decide that you need additional time or want to focus on a different issue, we craft a new scope agreement.

For your benefit, we always seek to provide help in bite-size chunks.
