Many players in the CRE world are aware of Beau Beery. He’s a high-producing agent based in Gainesville, Florida, who sells multifamily properties at a rapid clip. He’s known for his production, market insights, competitiveness, service to clients – and perhaps more than anything else, his enthusiasm. The guy is clearly doing what he loves, and his passion infects everyone around him.

From his earliest days, Beau has employed a coach. Several years ago, he stated publicly that he will “never not have a coach” because he doesn’t want to fall behind. He wants to maintain his status as a top producer. He believes that the money he invests in coaching has tremendous return on investment. Beau feels he makes more deals because of coaching and earns many multiples of his investment back each year.
